We had amazing representation from Robert Fellows. After an unfortunate cycling accident, my wife spent three days in the ICU and suffered significant pain as the result of a driver who made an incredibly irresponsible decision. Jim is fantastic!!! I would not hesitate to get him again if God forbid, I ever need him again. He was always way on top of everything, got whatever needed to be done completed, answered my phone calls very promptly in emails if not by phone or in person. He has gone way above the call of duty. He claims he is not a miracle worker, but my son and I definitely disagree. He got us way more than we anticipated he would for my sons case. He came to see my son in the hospital when he was not able to go to Jim. Jim and the whole firm were very respectful at all times. If someone didn't know the answers we were looking for, we got the answers in a respectable amount of time. Jim and his team wants nothing but the best for their clients and their families, and does their best to put the client and the families at ease, even when they are freaking out. My experience with Zackary Meyer was incredible. He made me feel comfortable in explaining my litigation matter that had been going on for over 5 years. You can’t imagine the frustration I’ve been dealing with for that long period of time. I explained my side of the story as he reviewed my case and he understood exactly what was going on and agreed to take my case. He also explained to me he didn’t offer any promises or guarantee on the outcome but he said he would do his very best.

Our mother was diagnosed with mesothelioma in February 2017. It was an extremely difficult time for our family. We were recommended to Mr. Williams through a friend who had a family member also diagnosed with mesothelioma. Mr. Williams met my mother in the hospital and stayed in contact with her two daughters, and husband. The Williams Law Firm does a wonderful job keeping the family members in the loop of what occurs with the case. Mesothelioma is a horrible disease that people shouldn’t have. Mr. Williams and his diligent team helped our father to receive justice for a disease our mother never should have been diagnosed with. Very unprofessional law firm. I had the misfortune to work with Mr. Uri Frenkel, who kept asking for the same files over and over for weeks without even checking to see that he already had them. From the beginning I was glad that I came to Charlie and his team for my personal injury case. They really took to time to listen to what happened to me and were truly empathetic of what I went through. I also felt like they were really on top of my case and always worked on collecting documents with plenty of time to spare so I never had to rush to meet any deadline which I really appreciate. Jeff Anderson was recommended highly to me by a friend of mine after I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle on a triathlon bike training ride. I did not go to him at first because I thought I could handle the accident information myself with the insurance carrier for the person who hit me with their car. Once I realized I was over my head with issues I really did not understand and an insurance company that was trying to pay as little of my expenses as they could, I contacted Mr. Anderson. Jeff was very kind and I realized very quickly that he had much more experience. From the moment I connected with Jeff, I had no more dealings with anyone except his office. I received regular updates and the case was handled compassionately and efficiently ( I had numerous internal injuries that left me in pain for several months) .
