My experience with Zackary Meyer was incredible. He made me feel comfortable in explaining my litigation matter that had been going on for over 5 years. You can’t imagine the frustration I’ve been dealing with for that long period of time. I explained my side of the story as he reviewed my case and he understood exactly what was going on and agreed to take my case. He also explained to me he didn’t offer any promises or guarantee on the outcome but he said he would do his very best. When this firm offers to do their best “look out” because that is exactly what you will get. On my trial date at court, I thought I would be nervous but I wasn’t because a very polite young man by the named Ali Jaffery partner of Zackery Meyers Firm attended. My experience with Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik, PLLC was breathtaking. I was run over by a car in Harlem while crossing a crosswalk with the right of way. The guy driving was 100% at fault. The state bar of NY enthusiastically recommend I set up a consultation with them. So I had a 5 minute call with his paralegal, Joanne O’Connell, it was nice. She wanted me to send my neurologist medical records to review and the detailed police report. Made it happen. Then, all communication ceased. No email was replied to thereafter. The only reason I can come up with is that Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik genuinely believe there is no merit in finding justice for pedestrians who wrongfully get run over by a car in the state of New York left with long-term injuries. So I found an actual attorney who got to work, now everything is good. This concludes my final thoughts on KD&R for now. I’m extremely honored to have been in Joanne’s presence. She and KD&R are extraordinary human beings - but has no follow through and all that talk lead to nothing. I think they’re great. Keep up the work.

8 years ago, I'd had multiple surgeries & just managed to pay for my mom's Alzheimer's care when she died. I was totally broke. Couldn't work. Barely surviving. My debts happened before any of this. I contacted debtors to workout a reasonable way to go - no good. Then I came to you. Almost 8 years to the day back from today I had no more debt. Since then, while I have health challenges & can't work, I have found a pretty wonderful way to live. I made it 6 years paying cash only, then started to build credit again, and now my rating is around 700. In 2 years the bankruptcy will be off my credit record & it will go higher. Without your services, I wouldn't have had a chance in hell. Yes, it was definitely a new beginning. I may be 79, but I'm 79 going on 50!

We had amazing representation from Robert Fellows. After an unfortunate cycling accident, my wife spent three days in the ICU and suffered significant pain as the result of a driver who made an incredibly irresponsible decision. Dave Kalabanka is an amazing attorney. When others would not take my case,saying, "it's too difficult" Dave didn't turn me away no matter how difficult it looked. I had a workers comp case pendng, and two MVA cases and we still won in the end. Dave took time with me to make sure I understood everything, he was easy to talk to and he assured me, it's not going to be easy but we will get through this and we did. From the two accidents, I had to go through 4 surgeries and they where trying to give me little, Dave made sure I got a substantial amount for my settlement. I would recommend Dave Kalabanka at the Auburn office on Genesee Street to anyone who's looking for a great attorney to service them for their personal injury needs.
