I am the spokesperson for a group of “alleged heirs” who were seeking to be declared “legitimate heirs” and receive equal dispersement of our relative’s estate, who had passed away, leaving no will.
This process was “glacial” and took many years to finalize, but Mr Wilensky stayed with it, and met our objectives.
Mr Wilensky did this with the highest degree of professionalism and experience.
The most important quality from our viewpoint, after we retained Mr Wilensky, was that he communicated all the facets of this case to us all , as it progressed, with excellent explanations, in a timely and very professional manner, that was especially important, as none of us are New York State residents, where this case took place.

Mr. Ronemus represented me in a legal malpractice against my former personal injury attorney who mishandled a class action, product defect action. From the beginning I was glad that I came to Charlie and his team for my personal injury case. They really took to time to listen to what happened to me and were truly empathetic of what I went through. I also felt like they were really on top of my case and always worked on collecting documents with plenty of time to spare so I never had to rush to meet any deadline which I really appreciate.
