I had fractured my ankle in two places, and Mr. Levine personally attended to my case. When I had the occasion to reach out to the office, everyone was so polite, competent and professional. I highly recommend this law firm. I cannot speak highly enough of Raphaelson & Levine and, in particular, of Corey Flick who handled my case. I was a pedestrian who was struck by a truck in a crosswalk and Mr. Flick helped me every step of the way.
I'd never had to deal with anything like this before and so asked an attorney friend of mine to help me find a good personal injury attorney in New York. Raphaelson & Levine was at the top of his list. I spoke with each firm on his list and Mr. Flick was the most personable and helpful. That did not change in the nine plus months that followed.
He fought hard for me, and for the best outcome. I had to go to countless doctor appointments, physical therapy sessions, and make a number of tricky decisions. Mr. Flick and his team helped me with everything and made my recovery as easy and stress free as humanly possible. I am very happy with the result.
Besides the outcome, here's what I valued most about working with Raphaelson & Levine.
(1) Mr. Flick made himself available to patiently answer any questions I had, whenever I had them. He and his team were always a phone call or text away. He also called to check in on me multiple times. I never felt overwhelmed or at a loss about what to do thanks to him.
(2) He helped map out the different options and do a cost/benefit analysis for each. He made sure I understood every choice available to me, the reasons for/against each, and helped me figure out what would be best *for me.*
(3) Throughout the whole process, he was exceptionally kind and empathetic on top of being hypercompetent.
I would recommend Raphaelson & Levine (and Mr. Flick, in particular) to anyone. I could not have had a better experience!

I emailed the firm to discuss concerns regarding my late mother's case against a nursing and rehabilitation center. Mr. Merson specializes in medical malpractice, sexual assault, and personal injury cases. Despite another attorney deeming our nursing home lawsuit case unwinnable, Mr. Merson agreed to take it on. His dedication, professionalism, personability, legal intellect, and confidence were refreshing. WORST law firm there is... ZERO HEART, ZERO COMPASSION!!! Regarding the VCF you are better off preparing the paperwork and representing yourself, at least then u may have a fighting chance to getting a proper reward and at least be heard....when they only get 10% for VCF clients that means they will only give you 1% work !!! As a 1st responder for 9/11 ...I was lied to multiple times & bounced around like a hot potato with NO respect!!! Lawyers here are so ignorant, misinformed, lazy and do nothing but LIE!!! DO NOT trust this place you are nothing but a client Number to them!!!!

Mr. Frankel headed my team of lawyers in a very complex wrongful firing dispute. The case lasted several years through hearings, appeals and remand, and involved many issues of contract interpretation, defamation and corporate law, Mr. Frankel never lost sight of the ultimate goal and kept his staff and the other attorneys working on our team focused and on task. They didn’t represent me, so this review isn’t about their representation, but I would suggest that they discontinue advertising that they practice law in areas that they do not. I called about a bad faith insurance case, and was told that they only practice personal injury law. That just seems shady to advertise a whole list of practice areas just to get people to call them, especially when it may impact people who are in these kinds of difficult situations. What does that say about the firm? Trustworthy? I don’t believe so.

Micthell was referred to my aunt and I through another attorney. We had a very difficult case and Mitchell guided us through the process and we came out very successful.

I am the spokesperson for a group of “alleged heirs” who were seeking to be declared “legitimate heirs” and receive equal dispersement of our relative’s estate, who had passed away, leaving no will.
This process was “glacial” and took many years to finalize, but Mr Wilensky stayed with it, and met our objectives.
Mr Wilensky did this with the highest degree of professionalism and experience.
The most important quality from our viewpoint, after we retained Mr Wilensky, was that he communicated all the facets of this case to us all , as it progressed, with excellent explanations, in a timely and very professional manner, that was especially important, as none of us are New York State residents, where this case took place.
In summary, we felt very fortunate to have Mr Wilensky take our case, and provide his service, that met and even exceeded our expectations.
We are all extremely satisfied, and recommend his firm with absolutely no reservation.

I had been appointed as Executor of my father's estate. At first, I made the mistake of retaining a local attorney. After I realized that he wasn't experienced enough, I retained Mitch Wilensky. The difference was astounding. From the moment I first had contact with Mr. Wilensky, everything went smoothly. He was always available to answer my many questions, handled everything in the most professional manner, and completed relieved all the stress involved in a complicated matter. Not once did he ever lost patience or fail to answer my questions and concerns completely and quickly. I was always able to reach him by email or phone and I never felt that I was just another client to him. He took an interest in settling the Estate in a timely and competent fashion. On a good day Guardianship can be confusing and challenging, especially for a new Guardian. This office worked with me to contest a ticket that I felt I was unfairly given. First off, they were able to win the case for me, which allowed me to avoid any fine or points on my license. This guy is awful. I signed a retainer with him thinking he would help me with an awful accident I was in, and he did absolutely nothing. There was a video of the accident, I was gravely injured and lost my job and academic career over it, and he did nothing for me after agreeing to represent me. Gave me no advice, never even interviewed me to see how I had been injured or what I had lost due to the accident. Worse than that, he sent me to a doctor (citimed) during covid and they didn't take temperatures or wear masks. He put my health in jeopardy and traumatized me. I saw cockroaches in the corners of every room. He failed to get the surveillance video of my accident, refused to take any phone calls with me until I threatened him with a lawsuit, then when I confronted him with the way he mishandled my case he dropped me as a client. Reporting him to the DA and the bar. I can't believe he's practicing.

Sean O Hara has no business in law, came off nice, seemingly, except he contradicted himself several times. Claiming he never heard from the company, but knew where they sent my w-2…Did nothing for nine months and when I gave him crucial information he tried to get money, completely unaware that I had another attorney related to this case. His terrible work caused me to go through their employees and that’s a no for me dog, all white men. Fired and replaced. Don’t waste your time, not my first rodeo, but apparently his. Mind you the case was easy, pictures, text messages and he blew it, lazy, lazy, lazy. Easily the most important client you’ll ever have too.
