I wish I could give this firm more stars! What a great experience from the beginning of my lawsuit I felt completely taken care of. Any question I had Robert Greenstein and his team were by my side. Bart Pittari was my lawyer and he was completely supportive, professional and compassionate during a really tough time in my life. Also Bart came through and delivered !!! My husband was diagnosed with a rare form of Mesothelioma in 2015. After the initial shock wore off my husband decided to file a law suit. We called a few places and decided to go with Meirowitz and Wasserberg since my husband felt most comfortable and confident talking to Daniel over the phone. Daniel flew cross country for our initial meeting and we couldn’t have asked for a better attorney. Daniel was so caring and concerned and we both felt so at ease with him. He walked us through everything that might or might not happen and made the process so easy for us so that we could concentrate on my husband’s medical care. Daniel flew out here a few times for depositions and testimonies. When my husband had to have a second surgery he made sure we did not have to travel to New York to appear in court. Everyone we talk to over the phone at Meirowitz and Wasserberg is so friendly and helpful. They have made our difficult time so much easier. 8 years ago, I'd had multiple surgeries & just managed to pay for my mom's Alzheimer's care when she died. I was totally broke. Couldn't work. Barely surviving. My debts happened before any of this. I contacted debtors to workout a reasonable way to go - no good. Then I came to you. Almost 8 years to the day back from today I had no more debt. Since then, while I have health challenges & can't work, I have found a pretty wonderful way to live. I made it 6 years paying cash only, then started to build credit again, and now my rating is around 700. In 2 years the bankruptcy will be off my credit record & it will go higher. Without your services, I wouldn't have had a chance in hell. Yes, it was definitely a new beginning. I may be 79, but I'm 79 going on 50!

I was hesitant to contact an injury lawyer at first, as my accident was still fresh, but I am so glad I reached out and found Dan Smyth. He was massive help during a turbulent time.
I wish there were 10 stars on this review because I would give them all to Dan. I could not recommend him enough. As a caregiver for many years of a family member who had Parkinson's disease, our Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our hospital Neurology Department presented me with three names of eldercare law firms as my family member's health was declining.
I interviewed all three firms, then selected Lamson & Cutner to proceed with our eldercare requirements for help in navigating the ever changing legal requirements as to long term nursing home care when on USA Government health care insurances.
I am so happy to have found this law firm for help , my family members agree ,that it was the wisest decision for me to make.
No one can do this complicated legal work alone and it is best ,if possible to proceed with legal issues when the ill person can still understand and contibute their own desires as to what their assets distribution ,usually but not exclusivly into an Irrevocable trust, as well as critical end of life decisions to their family which should be then ultimately drawn up in legal documents by an Attorney .
As the LSCW stated to me when I hesitated thinking "I had so much time to get to this issue" ...'Don't put it off"!

Watching so many of William Mattar’s funny commercials, I never thought I’d be needing the assistance of his office. My son made the call for me as I lay in the trauma unit at Rochester’s Strong Memorial Hospital after a car crash close to my home on Christmas morning 2023.
