My experience with Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik, PLLC was breathtaking. I was run over by a car in Harlem while crossing a crosswalk with the right of way. The guy driving was 100% at fault. The state bar of NY enthusiastically recommend I set up a consultation with them. So I had a 5 minute call with his paralegal, Joanne O’Connell, it was nice. She wanted me to send my neurologist medical records to review and the detailed police report. Made it happen. Then, all communication ceased. No email was replied to thereafter. The only reason I can come up with is that Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik genuinely believe there is no merit in finding justice for pedestrians who wrongfully get run over by a car in the state of New York left with long-term injuries.
So I found an actual attorney who got to work, now everything is good.
This concludes my final thoughts on KD&R for now. I’m extremely honored to have been in Joanne’s presence. She and KD&R are extraordinary human beings - but has no follow through and all that talk lead to nothing.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Susan. Not only does she have excellent communication skill and its easy to get in touch with her but she also goes above and beyond to make sure all my questions and concerns are answered. She has walked me through the process of my case and always made sure I understood what was going on and that I was comfortable with every step we took. After being wrongly terminated from my job, I contacted Susan through this website and she got right to work making sure I understood my rights and the steps we were going to take. She was always available for any concerns I had, and always answered my emails and messages even though it was the weekend. Susan is highly competent as a lawyer and I would highly recommend her as an attorney because she goes above and beyond to make sure you get the justice you need.
I have also had the pleasure to know Mr. Charles CARANICAS who has been a great support system in my case. During my meetings with Susan, he was also there to make sure I understood what was going on. He always brought in new contact and information to help with my case. On a recommendation, I reached out to Tiffany at Young & Ma regarding what would become a discrimination lawsuit against my former employer. What really stood out to me at the beginning was getting a near-immediate response after I contacted her, followed by a phone call. Since things were very raw at the time, this was incredibly appreciated and made me feel heard from the start. In addition to being very empathetic, Tiffany told me the truth. I knew what to expect from the start, and she kept me in the loop as the case progressed. She asked me the right questions which provided insight into facts and issues where the law was broken that I didn’t even realize. I could go on and on about how professionally the case was handled, but the most important thing is that Tiffany made me feel confident that I was right and that I was justified in my allegations. Samantha called me and asked for the details of the case. I was speaking to her a mile a minute because having to regurgitate all of this up again was a bit scary. Samantha stated that if it were okay, I could write my experiences down, and she would contact me the following Monday or Tuesday. Therefore, I gave her a prewritten document about 4-5 pages long. I thought there was no way she would chop this up over the weekend and be ready to proceed with the following steps by Monday or Tuesday. I readied myself again to speak a tad more slowly and calmly. However, once Monday came around, Samatha summarized all of my information as if I had said it. She read it. She detailed precisely what I wanted to say. She is brilliant and fast in distilling information while being pragmatic enough to distinguish between what will be relevant and what isn’t. It was a pleasure speaking and working with Samatha.

I was fortunate to have found Paul! I tasked him with writing my prenup, and he was attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. I had zero prior experience with marital law, and I came to him with a ton of loose ideas for what my partner and I were looking for in the document. I knew it would be a difficult task to come to an agreement between all parties, and draft a legal document that satisfied everyone’s interests, but Paul came through. We worked together, and I found him very personable and easy to work with. He was able to break-down complex topics easily for me to understand and was extremely meticulous. I hired Mr. Pappas for my wages and tips case against my former employer. I worked for the company for 10+ yrs. I had no idea that I was being paid incorrectly and unfairly until a coworker read a similar case in an article. I researched and called Mr. Pappas for legal advice. He was friendly, polite, and heard my case start to finish. He told me indeed I was being underpaid and that I'm owed all lost wages+tips going back up to 6 years (NY state law). At the end I was able to recover my wages, tips, plus another $10,000 in fines. I was surprised how much I was able to receive even after I left my job...one thing that stood out was he always answered my emails and calls (which was a HUGE deal as I've dealt with lawyers in the past who never answer their phones!) I highly recommend Mr. Pappas, 5 stars all the way

Matt quickly and efficiently advised me in a time-sensitive manner on a non-compete and its interplay with a severance agreement as I was about to transition to a new company.
