Our organization of Real Estate professionals and Investors have been working with Jerron Kelley and Cory Carano of Kelley & Grant, P.A. for a little over a year now. They have provided excellent service and are always very responsive. Most recently they were able to get us an approval of a very complicated Quiet Title action for a Probate property we are purchasing during this Pandemic in less than 2 months! Now we can finally close on the property and start the rehab. We stood to lose about $150k, but because of Cory Carano, we are now moving forward with our newest rehab project! I highly recommend this law firm, and believe me, I dont just recommend anyone! But Kelley & Grant is a firm I would recommend to anyone in Real Estate!

Kelley and Grant are on the forefront of the law when it comes to Landlord Tenant relations. We had a tenant who has the money and was using the virus as an excuse to not pay rent. I attended a webinar with Kelley and Grant and they were able to educate me as to how best resuolve this situation. The tenant is now gone and we can rent it to a paying tenant.

I hired these guys to handle an unlawful detainer case for me. Fair price. And they still managed to get everything done, despite all the corona craziness and the world being shut down.
