I am a Realtor and I closed a transaction with the Kelley & Grant, I want to personally express my gratitude toward Esmeralda Romero, she is 2nd to none. I hardly come across a processor at a title company that is such a PLEASURE to work with. I want to say that Esmeralda has gone above and beyond, she is a keeper and an asset and.... a rare find. She resolved some last minute changes for us on the HUD, but even without that part, that person is I am sure w/o a doubt, is the best asset in the firm. I have come across many processors and Esmeralda has exceed my expectations and her outlook is simply amazing. She is extremely helpful, and like I mentioned earlier, a pure pleasure to work with!
