If you are thinking about using their services, do it twice...it all about making money, no empathy. A year after starting a process a friend heard that his documents were lost in the 'mail'. They offered him to pay another 500$ for restart the process. No advice, support or zero customer commitment.

I am not sure if the service here is hit or miss, but my experience with them is nothing to be happy about. After 5 months, with my check still not issued to ne, they have basically stopped communicating with me. Feels like I've been had.
I am wondering if the lawyers and public adjuster are as dissatisfied as I am, or if they have already been paid.
