Terrible customer service with no communication. They fail to respond or take action to any phone calls and it seems to be a pattern. Their negligence is disheartening to clients because now they are traumatized twice.

Here we go again over 4 years + and nothing, I cant even hire another lawyer since my case is open and for what I see no hopes of getting paid. My house is in horrible condition and I cant even get a loan since I had that tarp for so long the bank will not lend me the money for repairs. My stress level is so high and to top it off these people don't give me any update. I called 10/16/2023 and spoke with DANIELLA, she promised me a call back the next day, I called the 20th spoke with CHARLIE and nobody knows anything about my case and I am still waiting for the call back. People if you have a choice in lawyers do not go with this law group, they don't have the decency to follow up or keep you informed. For these people we are important only if they know they are getting paid and fast, shame what a waste of time, money and energy!! Defeated 200% The level of frustration I have with this law group is beyond words. 3 years and counting lack of communication and horrible customer service. I do not believe the ones that are giving excellent review, I wish an independent party could check the validity of reviews.

She trust me , she always listen your query and help you as anyone. We always interact with an excellent paralegal, and it is nice to chat with him while we are completing forms.
