My only regret with Dabdoub Law Firm is that I didn't find them sooner. It has a dedicated, efficient and client-focused team that specializes in ERISA claims and works closely with the insurance companies. This made a significant difference compared to an individual like myself trying to resolve a claim on my own. I put in a lot of effort with calls, doctor visits, paperwork and follow-ups, only to get rejected. I signed an agreement with Dabdoub in June of 2024. My case was settled by September. I highly recommend, without reservation.

Armed with a few doctors’ letters stating I should receive Long Term Disability (LTD), I initially took on my LTD provider alone … and failed miserably.
