I hired The Patent Professor for a patent search on the Nov, 26th. Mr. Noah who was managing my account then notified me that the search would take 5-7 business days and that there would be no updates during this process. Forward to Jan, 28th (2 months) I had yet to received any updates. I contacted their office and was told by Mr. Noah that only half of the search was done and that the other half would be done after a balance on my account was paid. I paid the balance which I never knew was an issue. Then on Feb, 10th I received an email notifying me that the search was complete. Even writing this review frustrates me. I believe they are knowledgable and know what they are doing, but you will have to stay on top of them to make sure things are getting done.

The office environment is neat in appearance and the staff is courteous. Mr. Rizvi is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and caring. Professor Rizvi’s background is extensive and his expertise reflects his many years of experience. Even I don't live in Florida, the contact and communication during the whole process wasn't a problem at all. I can definitely recommend Mr. Rizvi and the whole team.
