The lady who I finally was able to connect with was pleasant but she didn't get back to me until three months later. Her company was unable to help me they did not provide my type of service but it took three months for her to tell me that. It was a complete waste of time. When looking for a lawyer time is important. She finally refer me to another lawyer office located in California. People I live in Georgia. In my opinion a whole lot of time could of been wasted if she she had paid attention from the start.

I entered a complaint in beginning of June and I don’t know what happen to it. But some how it disappeared. So I will explain myself again. This lawyer ripped me off $8000. As it was my first time looking to patent my idea. This lawyer said he would help create my invention and have it patented. I drew out my own idea and all they did was redraw it and say an engineer drew it. It was never patented. They keep sending emails to pay more for the patent application. They really ripped me off and it was all I had it was all my savings. I received a text a few weeks ago but I never even received a call or response from them. As they really don’t care cause they already took all my money. I read some bad reviews but I didn’t think they were really scamming people. But now I know. They charge 1500 just to do a search to only come back and say there are similar inventions. So many different people from firm call you and ask you to change up your idea and draw what you want. Once you send them drawing. They draw out same drawing only with numbers on pieces, but when you ask the information on pieces they don’t know anything. Then your charged 8000 for nothing cause they tell you after you have to wait 1 year and pay them for another application. Don’t trust this firm or lawyer. You will be left with no money like I am.

From start to finish everyone at the Patent Professor did a great job. I now have my patent pending and I am manufacturing my product.

Made an appointment online on a Friday for the following Monday. On Monday I called into the number that was provided only to find out this was only an appointment to make the appointment lol. The following day never received a callback for the appointment that I scheduled. You would think that with all the money they're spending on advertisements on Google etc. they would actually provide a better service. In the meantime you'll be blasted with spam text messages and emails. Keep up the good work guys.

John Rizvi is a great patent attorney. When you work with him, you can appreciate his knowledge and passion with working with inventors and protecting their intellectual property. One thing I also appreciated about John was how he was able to write the patent in such a way to make sure that the patent didn't get in the way of the invention process. This is good because as you work through the invention phase, its hard to say were the discovery will take you. New discovery may fall outside the patent. However, as the patent was written it allowed for some wriggle room. He has a great team and his team was nice and cordial when I was working with them to get the patent done. He has a great book called "Escaping the Gray." He sent this book to me once I became his client. When I started reading that book it was hard for me to put it down until I finished it. When I feel like I need some motivation, I think back on some of the exerts of that book of his own life experiences and it helps me keep trudging forward. He wrote that book for entrepreneurs. And his own experience of walking off the deep end and taking that big risk and how he had to cope with fear to help him move forward. Also from reading the book, he helps us inventors know that he knows how important our idea is to us, and how escaping the gray and transforming from inventor to entrepreneur is a journey well worth it!

They have a great team and are indeed Professional and responsive. The resources which they offer are also very beneficial in making a wise decision if you should actually patent your idea or product. Two thumbs up!

If you have an idea, you need a good Laywer to protect your right. Jhon was behind expectations we were looking for. His employees are very friendly and professional. The good think about jhon he will listen to you and advise you of your next steps to make the process easy and convenient for you. Don’t fight the patent office by yourself.... Hire the patent professor to fight for you.

They are extremely professional and upfront about their prices. I think it's a fantastic deal to have a fixed cost that you know from the start as opposed to paying a hourly to a lawyer without knowing the amount of hours it will take. Very friendly staff also.
