I was truly humbled to tears of joy by the old school way of dealing with people...you really care about your service to another human being...its a very rare commodity today in the professional biz world. The Patent Professor and ALL the staff exhibited this to me always...if ya had 10 stars to click I would have. Your truly the best...hands down.

This was my very first time applying for a patent. Mr. Rizvi and his team of lawyers were professional, attentive, and thorough. For the first time in my life, I felt like someone could help me protect my ideas. As an individual with a Ph.D. who works in higher education, the culture is predominately (not always) predicated on institutions of higher education receiving the rights to the instructor's hard work. To illustrate, when an instructor earns a patent for an idea or an invention this ties them to the university; the instructor will often receive additional compensation and a tenured position. If the instructor leaves the institution, their patent remains with the university. Mr. Rizvi's experience in both higher education and law informs his practice and he uses his knowledge to help individuals like me. My patent, known as the GH Fink Course Alignment Toolkit, is nearly complete. Because of Mr. Rizvi and his team, I will have something that is uniquely mine and will follow me wherever I go.

I had worked with a different attorney, who charged a fee for every correspondence. So glad I found Patent Professor! Donald answered every question I had for a flat fee, he also knew exactly what was needed to get my Patent application fixed and approved! If I ever attempt to Patent a other idea, I will call them first.
