Very friendly, relaxed, and professional. Many law offices feel "stuffy" and intimidating. Heidi was very welcoming and willing to explain everything in detail using laymens terms.

I would highly recommend Heidi and her team to everyone!! Needing to update my estate plan documents after a divorce, I consulted with Heidi who evaluated my situation and came up with documents that were tailored to my needs and explained it all in layman's terms for me. Her recommendations were exactly what I needed and I now feel confident I have well laid out plans for myself and my family. After realizing how lacking my prior documents were, I had her review my mother's documents, which we all thought were up-to-date. Thank goodness I took that step as well because my mothers documents were not even close to what was needed. Estate Planning Heidi has prepared wills, durable power of attorney and Living wills for multiple relatives, my mother and me. We recently needed to update documents for my mom. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that if you're hiring an attorney because of a criminal issue you want somebody that knows how to play ball with the other team. That's basically it, John will go out of his way to get you the best possible outcome, he will be there to answer a phone call late at night on his personal phone which is unheard of, and he doesn't settle and sell you out. Playing with your life is no game, he will give you the best representation possible.
