I was having trouble with my homeowner's association and referred to Mr. Vagovic for legal options. I had been parking my vehicle in the driveway, which the HOA claimed was against regulations. I was not only resident to park in the driveway, though I was the only resident to receive menacing letters from the HOA, threatening me with fines. This was my first time dealing with trouble from the HOA, so I was nervous and felt bullied. Mr. Vagovic inspired confidence and did not let the HOA push me around. He was expedient, calm, and professional when dealing with the HOA. Ultimately, I ended up paying no fees to the HOA, and their intimidating letters and phone calls stopped. Though I no longer live in the neighborhood where this occurred, I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I hope to never have to deal with this sort of trouble again, but if I do I will enlist Mr. Vagovic's legal service.

John Hager is a very well connected and respected lawyer. The fact that he knows all the judges, prosecutors and other attorneys throughout Florida, helped expedite quickly the resolution of my case in exactly the terms I desired. He is undoubtedly experienced. His confidence and authority shined through in the courtroom as well as while deposing opposing parties. He does not back down or let anybody push you as his client around. If you want a tough and smart lawyer, John Hager is the one for you.

I was able to hire John Hager in the middle of the night upon learning that my daughter had been unjustly arrested without bond. He was able to get her released on her own recognizance later that day, and had all charges dismissed prior to the arraignment. He successfully obtained a restraining order against her ex boyfriend with full rights to the house and belongings. At the same time he successfully argued that the ex-boyfriend's restraining order against my daughter be dropped. We maintained constant communication. My daughter describes him as a pitbull in court. That is exactly who you want defending you. In addition, he is very well connected and knows all the players in the legal system. Mr. Hager is expensive, but he is worth every penny.

It was a pleasure working with Heidi. She worked with my wife and I taking care of family business and was exceptional and giving advice and explaining the legal intricacies of what we we need to accomplish. Highly recommend her!

Heidi Webb is a respectable attorney who represented me outstandingly well in my case. Ms. Webb was an amazing guardian ad litem for my son. She tirelessly worked to overcome a difficult situation and worked hard to ensure what was best for him. She had no problem filing restraining orders, meeting with school officials or anything else that was necessary to ensure he go the best education. She also was a relentless moderator and setup a series of processes that have served him well. Thank you!

Ms. Webb is very knowledgeable, helpful and honest. She provides advice and council in a way you can understand. In addition she follows through on every commitment and keeps you apprised. I was in a very difficult situation when I received Heidi's number. I was in a desperate situation in a divorce/custody. And I'm sure I looked desperate and frazzled, but she assured me she would help me. I will never forget the days we spent in her office situating the legalities of my situation and she walked me through how court would be and how I was going to behave. (Which I needed I had never done this before) I behaved like I was supposed to and in all of the court hearings that we had to go through she made me feel like I wasn't desperate anymore I just needed the right people on my team. I enjoyed working with Heidi, she is my friend and I am proud to call her my lawyer.
