John was experienced, professional, knowledgeable, and helped me get the false injunction dropped quickly so I could go back to school.

I hired the law firm of Hager & Schwartz to defend me in a criminal case. I was arrested for a first degree felony, Grand Theft. I was shocked, disheartened, and at a loss. This was a very trying time for myself and my family. My career and the life I’ve spent years building was in serious jeopardy. My wife and I interviewed about ½ dozen lawyers, and John was the one we felt most comfortable with. I spoke to John Hager on the phone, and explained my side of the case. He listened, asked a lot of questions, and was very knowledgeable of the criminal proceedings. I met with John in his office a few days later with my wife. He will not make you any promises on the outcome of the case. He will let you know where you stand, and the possible outcomes of your case. John worked hard on my case, and he was always there to answer any questions that I had. I would call or email him late at night, on the weekends, and he would always call me back. He was a partner, by my side the entire way. From his diligence, research, and guidance, my case was eventually dropped by the prosecution. John was in the middle of two larger cases than mine, but he always managed to make time for me. If you’re looking for a great lawyer, I would strongly recommend that you do yourself a favor and sit down with John Hager, listen to him, and hire him.

Heidi handled estate planning for us, including setting up a family trust, wills, power of attorney, living will, health care directive. She provided excellent, knowledgeable guidance throughout the process and we worked through these matters effectively and efficiently, and the work was completed for a reasonable fee. I was arrested on a high profile case that could have ruined me for life. Well i must have meet with 6 lawyers and there prices were crazy and i plus all they cared about was getting my money I found kevin and the minute i was talking to him he was my lawyer. Better late than never, I am here to say that not for one second will you ever regret contacting Kevin for his services. I was so lucky to come across his information and that he didn't hesitate for one second to help me out. My boyfriend kicked me out of my apartment and due to that stress and finding another place, getting my half of the security deposit didn't even register in my mind. When it finally dawned on me and I contacted the realty office I found out that they rolled the deposit into my ex's new lease and they refused to give it to me. Mind you the security deposit receipt, that they wrote and provided me with, only had MY name on it. I had contacted another lawyer first, his charges were crazy and he didn't really seem like he had my best interest in mind. And then I found Kevin! He charged me a reasonable price AND had to go back and forth with them multiple times, but within a month that check was in my hands. I can't thank him enough!
