Thomas Upchurch is an outstanding attorney. He's knowledgeable, available, and most important, genuinely caring. He helped me through a very difficult and emotional guardianship case regarding my late husband who had Alzheimer's. Mr. Upchurch and his staff handled the Medicaid application for a family member in an efficient and compassionate manner. But most important, they were available by phone and e-mail to respond to any question and problem. When I needed time to make this decision, they didn't rush me but let me go at my own pace until I was ready to move ahead. Very pleased with the entire experience.
