I cannot say enough good things about Amanda Swift and Mr. Haring. Amanda was always right on top of my husbands case and is still continuing with my case. If i emailed or called Amanda she responded promptly. We left M & M because their attorney & case manager were not easy to work with and wanted my husband to settle for the 1st offer of $14.,000. Mr. Fuller and his amazing assistant, Amanda, did a fantastic job on my case. Unfortunately, my case was transferred from a firm that previously represented me (or lack thereof), who didn’t give any attention to my case, other than the initial acceptance, and quite frankly, after having my case for nearly 4 years, I believe they forgot about me! 4 years with no demand letter to the opposing party is just plain neglect but I won’t name any names. 😊 Mr. Fuller and Amanda made me feel very comfortable with their legal strategy, they were extremely efficient and kept me well informed every step of the way. My case was settled for policy limits in presuit faster than I could have imagined. I am beyond pleased with the legal representation and excellent attention to detail provided by Mr. Fuller and Amanda. Should the situation arise, I would not hesitate to seek representation from Mr. Fuller again. Highly recommended!! UPDATE: I just had to update my review after the negotiations were completed with my medical providers... Mr. Fuller has such good relationships with the medical providers in the area that he was able to reduce my medical bills tremendously, more than I anticipated, in order to put money back into my pocket that was spent because of my accident. Once again, I am thoroughly pleased with Mr. Fuller’s representation and will be sure to recommend him to anyone going through this terrible experience.
