My case lied to threanted to drop my case becaise of a google rating which he told me to change and maybe he could stay on my case Mr Ryan Munns did reach out to me and put 2 ladys on my case to help and they were great with me ots more about the lawyer that lied and didn't return calls that really got me almost after 4 years I did get s settlement so did my lawyer this lawyer is in SD office . I did used this office in 2006 and had a great lawyer they do have great people working for them But I got the worse thanks Mr Munns Britany and to the ladies in the SD Office for your help. Mr Harring Fleming no word's for you the review you asked to be removed 3 stars no comment my lawyer at this time it caused you to lie to me and led me not to trust you at ALL SO. I am a retired USAF officer and live in Texas, not Florida. Mr. Upchurch handled, what I think was a complicated legal issue in Florida for my wife's family regarding a dispute over probate of a relative's will with outstanding professionalism. He was comprehensive in his research...communicated consistently and clearly with family in Texas and Georgia that he was representing...and ultimately secured us a fair settlement. I was highly impressed with Mr. Upchurch's skills and integrity, and feel very fortunate to have had him as our family's legal representative. Would recommend him again in a heartbeat!

We hired Mr. Upchurch to handel my father's probate under very difficult circumstances. Mr. Upchurch and his team provided great service and I am very happy with the outcome of our case.

I dont believe they deserve 1 star. This place is a joke! They are thieves who take advantage of people who DONT know the system. Do NOT use them!!! They tried charge my fiance a full attorney fee and barely performed any services. He secured his own settlement, they did no demand or settlement negotiations, and then tried to take 1/3 of that. Listen people....check out the attorney before you hire them! Ali Darius is a horrible attorney and their office lacks the common courtesy to even return phone calls or help their client understand the process. Luckily I new how it all worked. Anyone I speak to I will make sure knows this place is a RIP off!!!
