There was an incident with out-of-town college teenagers who were stopped and detained in Flagler County, Florida. A referral by the bonding agent for a competent lawyer took us to David. WOW! David Jancha attorney is so sharp, cares. and so helpful. I wanted to get an old felony case expunged or sealed, He immediately looked up all pertinent info on case. He told me exactly what the different options were and I am proceeding to get the record sealed or expunged. I highly recommend him if you ever need a criminal attorney for anything.
