Having gone through my first major case for someone close to me. I can definitely attest to David’s openness, warmth, understanding and respect he has for everyone involved in the case. He treated the client, his family and myself with the utmost respect. He was responsive and thoroughly detailed in his explanation in the processes which we were to expect; before, during and after the case finalized. David is an AMAZING and fast working lawyer. I paid for my brothers representation fees on Thursday. My brother was in court by Today which is Tuesday ! My brothers new charges were completely thrown out , probation terminated , and he is finally free. Now my brother can get back to taking care of his daughter and going off to college. Thank you soooo much !!!!

James delivered an amazing outcome to a very difficult and political case. He spent to time to listen and develop a strategy that forced the State Prosecutor into a position that they dropped all charges. Whatever B.S. argument they made a strong defense position was made. I have never had to deal with anything like this in my life but James was there to handle it. Such a great job. I would definitely recommend him. While I never wish to need to hire him again I would do so.

Attorney James Disinger is a great lawyer. He took my case to trial and won on all counts. I was facing huge prison time for a false arrest and false assault. He was very good at the strategy and keeping it as simple and limited as possible. He had case law to argue the jury instructions and was great both in trial and in the closing arguments.
