It was a smooth and simple process. I had my documents ready to review for my student loans. Mr. Van Horn has plenty of knowledge and experience with student loans. I will update with the status over the course of the process. So far, I am well pleased.

We recently discovered that an old debt that we thought was eliminated many years ago was still in place and there was a lien against us and our property. Our case was assigned to Tanisha Samuda. Upon meeting with Tanisha, I felt confident, in spite of several people telling me this was a waste of time. Not only did Tanisha negotiate (successfully) a six figure debt to roughly 8% of the outstanding balance, she did it exactly within the time frame that she mapped out. Absolutely Amazing! I very highly recommend the Van Horn Group and THANK YOU SOO MUCH, TANISHA!!! Tanisha=Tenacious!!!

Above my expectations, great customer service, nice and friendly staff, everyone was smiling and happy, unbelievable I have never seen so many employees that proud of their company. I was happy to see that. All were very professional, and treated human. All that I've seen were great remarks about Chad and company. Everyone I met did outstanding work. I was very much impressed Thank You. All did above and beyond their jobs making feel like I made the right decision. If you need a law office you need to have this one behind you..Thank so much !

I've asked for feedback and follow up for a past case that was submitted by Sonia and Martha, and I must admit that both employees are by far the rudest, most unprofessional, ill skilled individuals I have ever met. As early as today, I contacted Martha for follow up and because she could not answer the question, she advised I seek other resources, after her initial mess up. The operations of this office is an embarrassment and joke. Martha's nasty attitude, lack of resources and incompetence within this field needs to be re evlauated.

I want to thank Jade who answers the phone for being so helpful, down-to-earth and empathetic. It was very refreshing to speak to a person who was so understanding and professional and wonderfully human. Calling a law firm in a time of need can be a bit awkward and being met with a kind person who answers your questions factually yet compassionately is a rarity. The Van Horn Law Group is very lucky to have Jade on their staff and as one of the people who a potential client may have first contact with. She is the reason that I chose to work with this firm regarding my legal concerns.

Tanisha Samuda helped my husband. She was very professional and was very knowledgeable with credit counseling. I will definitely recommend her and the whole Van Horn Law Group.

I must say that I did have a rocky start with Van Horn Law group. However, that changed when Tanisha Reid (now Tanisha Samuda) took over my student loan settlement case. She is very professional and very helpful to any questions that I may have. I had my moments of anxiety, and she was able to handle them professionally. Sometimes she may not be availability right away when you call the office, but she will ALWAYS return your call either the same day or the next day the latest. Last but not least, she recently help me settled some of my student loan collection down to paying 26%!! She also assisted me with the payment over the phone with the third party involved to settle my debt, which was very comforting to know that she was with me through the whole payment process. Tanisha Samuda is a great asset to Van Horn Law Group!!

I want start off by saying Chad Van Horn is a complete sweetheart. As head of the Chapter 7 Division , Eugene was a great help and always returned phones even if I asked the same thing. Mary Solares was the paralegal that worked most closely with me and always had a smile on her face and prepared my file completely for the hearing. I met Steve (who I knew would be with me during the hearing) at the court court house he had a big smile on his face and said let's do this. All in all they are and a professional group of attorneys and paralegals. I highly recommend them. They work with fee arrangements and Laverne is the best.

They gave me the information I needed to move forward on my decisions and saved me a lot of money and worry. Chad was really helpful. I can't thank him enough.
