It has been a long journey (23 months) with the Van Horn Law Group but they have always thrived to make it right for me. The one thing Van Horn does very well is to keep fighting for you. Very persistent. They have switched a few staff members to find the right fit and solution for me. Finally, Lea Ann Weatherford took care of my account and resolved the situation within 24 hours working it out with the collection agencies. I would definitely recommend to work with Lea Ann to fight with you in your corner. I'm very pleased with the results.

i came in for a free consultation at 3:15pm regarding my student loans and Tanisha Samuda was able to put an amazing repayment plan together by 4:30pm that same day. I had been struggling with the frustration of debt collectors calling and sending letters without offering any reasonable repayment plans. Tanisha literally made 1 phone call and got me back on track with a very affordable repayment plan. i am beyond grateful and have such a peace of mind now. After a brief pre-qualfication phone call with Chad Van Horn I was turned over to Tanisha Samuda who would be working my case. It involved default, garnishments, etc.
Tanisha got all loans consolidated, out of default, and a very low monthly payment based on an income-based repayment program. At all times she was attentive, responded to emails when asked questions, and kept on top of this consolidation throughout the process.
All in all, a definite 5-Star experience
