Just got my green card! Very grateful for the help! Would recommend

The Gerstein & Gerstein office did an extraordinary job on my case, the lawyer Macarena turned out to be an excellent professional, she demonstrated knowledge, organization, ability to explain and inform me of the technical details and the progress of my case in simple language, but above all, both She and attorney William demonstrated essential ethics and values in the management of immigration law. . My citizenship case was complicated and from the first interview I was offered a guide of steps to follow that was fulfilled 100% until I achieved my dream of becoming a citizen of this country. Throughout the entire process, communication flowed clearly, precisely and quickly, my phone calls and emails were always answered. I will always be grateful to William Gerstein, Macarena Santos and their entire team for their professionalism and human quality. Amazing, just amazing and kind man mr William Gerstein! I had an emergency with my case and this gentleman worked on my case on Christmas day! I am so impressed! I used to have attorney who wouldnt pick up my calls nor forward documentation uscis would mail for me to her office so this is such a drastic and impressive change! I am extremely happy with the service I have received thus far with Gerstein & Gerstein. They are incredibly knowledgeable about the immigration process which should never be traversed alone. They were honest about timelines and process and didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear to gain their business. US immigration is complicated and one false move or incorrect item will set you back indefinitely. Gerstein & Gerstein provided advice that proved incredibly valuable and led us through the process rather seamlessly- and our case was complicated. We are on the cusp of receiving our visa which we thought was impossible. I only wish we had hired Gerstein in the first place instead of trying ourselves and trying to cut corners with places like Boundless. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE of going with one of these online group. They are wonderful and will continue to use them through citizenship.

Santos Macarana was professional and knowledgeable. She has her clients interest and knows how to help immigrants. I will be using her to file for my N400 Naturalization.
