I had a great experience using the services of Gertein and Gerstein. I am married to an American citizen and needed their help to apply for a green card. The process went well, and they were accommodating in all steps of the process. Their team was very competent, quickly answered our questions, and guided us along the way. It took about 11 months for the process to conclude, which is within the expected. I will definitely use their services again if I need help with immigration-related matters.

Absolutely Spectacular. In our initial meeting with William and Macarena we told them about our previous experiences and how we really needed to feel comfortable with the attorneys we will choose. Fast forward, best decision we ever made. Macarena handled our case from the beginning, informing us along the way of the paths needed to get my wife's residency. Every step and every petition went exactly as we were told. Here we are this week, with my wife's residency card on the way. HORRIBLE! We hired attorney Macarena to work on my husband’s case. Now that we are in a situation where he was detained, she is out on vacation. Her front desk people are NEVER helpful. Half of the time they don’t even know what you’re talking about. They never find your paper work, and are always asking if we are even clients there when we have been working with them since 2020. They sound like complete idiots. They said they will pass down your message, and she never calls back!! We’ve been stressing over and over for the status of his case, and she’s never in her office. Please find another reasonable and responsible attorney that will care your wellbeing. I don’t even know why this office is still running!! I will be reporting them to Florida Bar!!!

Gerstein and Gerstein did an outstanding job with my entire visa process. From the preparation of my application to submitting my documents and communicating with the US Consulate, every interaction was clear, friendly, and professional. While in line at the Consulate, I heard from other E-visa applicants that they were unsuccessful applying the first time without an attorney. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Gerstein &Gerstein for all the help in getting Sunisa's Fiance Visa. We were so surprised how fast she received her visa. They submitted the paperwork in August of 2022. Sunisa would ask her friends that submitted paperwork for there Fiance visa and they said it has been 18 to 20 months and still have not received there visa. Sunisa told them she is getting her visa by the end of November 2023. It has taken only 14 months. They all were so surprised. Sunisa told them if it wasn't for Gerstein &Gerstein working so hard for us we still would not have her visa. If you are in two minds about getting a lawyer to guide you through the tough immigration application process, don't even think about doing it yourself. Get a good lawyer, and I recommend you speak to Gerstein & Gerstein Attorneys for a smooth process. The application was a long and tedious process, and without the diligence of Gerstein, we would still be struggling to navigate the minefield of application intricacies. There was a time during the application process when the NVC required more information, even though it was already in their database. Sebastian, who was handling our case, had an efficient way of directing them to the information. Imagine if we had to do that on our own; we wouldn't even know where to start. Before the actual interview, I was even given a chance to participate in a mock interview, checking that all the documents were in order and preparing for the questions you can expect to be asked.
