Joy the Receptionist has been extremely rude and unprofessional several times to the point where I had to get a lawyer’s personal cell phone because my calls would not be returned she also would decide who would accept my money. In my experience this is bad business and terrible customer service. Joy you need an act of kindness and a class in Etiquette

Catherine Divito, Paralegal for Attorney Richard Ricciardi, is WONDERFUL! We are not even a client, but she was so helpful in answering our many questions that we needed an answer to right away. She even took the time in-between meetings she was in to call me back and help give me the direction my husband and I needed! We may need the services of an attorney soon to close out a probate case, and we plan to call and use Attorney Ricciardi for our legal needs. The main reason we plan to use Attorney Ricciardi is because of MS. DEVITO. This firm is very professional and I would give 10 stars if I could!!!

A month after I moved to Florida my brother passed away and I had to handle his estate at a time when Covid was rampant. Over the next two years it was challenging and very frustrating to endure the seemingly interminable time to get over every hurdle. Fortunately, the law office of Powell, Jackman, Stevens and Ricciardi provided guidance to ensure the settling of the estate moved forward despite delays and backlogs resulting from COVID-19. Most importantly, the actions of Catherine Divito, who worked closely with Mr. Ricciardi, were instrumental in not only keeping the estate settlement on track, Ms. Divito communicated with key government officials on a frequent basis to ensure my particular matter was properly handled. Ms.Divito was diligent and indispensable in keeping me informed and most importantly, gave me the constant assurance to allay any concerns for a timely resolution to settling my brother's estate. I've very little experience working with lawyers and both Mr. Ricciardi and Ms. Divito made me feel very comfortable with the process despite the unforseen delays stemming from Covid. Equally important is the receptionist, Joy Stevens, who always extended herself to keep me informed of actions taken and communicated with me in a warm and professional manner at all times. It is my pleasure to inform everyone who is thinking about selecting a lawyer in the Cape Coral and Ft. Myers area to strongly consider using Mr. Ricciardi and Catherine Divito for their legal needs. I highly recommend the law office of Powell, Jackman, Stevens and Ricciardi.

Highly recommend. My husband and I were looking for services that would have cost us a hefty amount we can't necessarily afford and Mr Ricciardi informed us we didn't need to go the route we'd expected. He was honest, professional and could have taken our money but he didn't and told us we didn't need it. We are doing for estate planning and will use Mr Ricciardi in the future and recommend to friends and family.

Don’t go here if you need an eviction taken care of. Ricciardi and his paralegals have no empathy after taking our money, then filing and serving our tenants incorrect paperwork. They did not keep us informed about our case. And I kept getting someone else’s case information other than our own. Did not even offer us a refund or an apology which I find extremely upsetting. My husband and I had to find someone else that did an excellent job and took care of our situation. The only thing that matters to that law firm is money 💰 they could care less about Taking care of the client. And of course they will respond trying to defend the situation. But there is no response that can come close to resolving what you did to us. I will be sure to inform any and everyone else that I know not to call your firm regarding any issues. What was done to us doesn’t even deserve 1 star!

I'm very happy with the help and service my mom and I received from cj, Catherine and Ladonda. Cj has not been there long but she was very professional and eager to learn. She did a great Job!
