This attorney did nothing for me but take my money. I never even got a court date. I repeatedly reached out to them for the court date and they never got one for me. I gave him $1200 and he wanted $300 more to take the case to court. He didn’t mention that in the beginning. I would not recommend using him For any case. I’ve never met an attorney more unprofessional in my life!

The communication was horrendous on the rare times there was any. The staff was extremely rude and half the time wasn't even at the office during scheduled hours. Getting ahold of this lawyer or his staff was nearly impossible. He is the perfect example of a lawyer who takes your retainer and then completely forgets about you, and draws everything out so that he can get paid more. He has 0 negotiating skills, and during mediation he didn't even have the right case paperwork and was making stupid jokes. Highly unprofessional and extremely incompetent. Very unhappy with his service.

He was my ex wife attorney and I represented myself to wit I gained more than one win and do not know what they were saying they were doing. But losing cases seems to be a little bit of a issue for them and against a disabled person representing their own interests and won My case and custody of my child and support... He seems like a know it all and he tried to do a ton of underhanded trying to catch me on something, just not responding on time but I was on top of it and it was pretty bad.... suggest you look into before you hire.. even tried to Doctor the income statement for the defense , and I caught it and then he refiled the income statement.. very shady and I would never be represented by a attorney that is willing to falsifying Court paperwork fileing and do something like this in an important situation.. I'd go per SE before I go to this place for help....

Mr Vaughn and his staff Michelle and Lisa are very professional and very helpful. They made this difficult time for me much easier and they are so helpful. They answered all my questions and returned all my phone calls and emails promptly. They give me hope for all that has happened and all I'm going through. I could not have gone through all this so far without all of them. I highly recommend this law firm.

Where to begin…Charlie was sent to me by an angel. I had a different attorney to start and I learned quickly that she was working with the opposing council. I was ready to give up; feeling defeated and lost. Just before throwing in the towel to a life I knew for too many years too long, Mr. Charlie agreed to represent me just before trial. Mr. Charlie, Michelle, and Mrs Lisa have been kind, showing a great deal of empathy, love, and support during the entire process of my divorce. An emotional battle of lies, manipulation, and unfair potential outcomes was never carried alone. They walked before me, beside me, and behind me. I had complete faith that they would represent not only myself in the matter, but the most precious things I have- my children. I walk away from this experience knowing how to do the right thing and how to live in good faith, thanks to the many one on one chats from the “preacher”- Mr. Charlie, who doesn’t realize the many lessons he has taught me through this entire experience. I will forever be grateful for these people and pray that God blesses each of them in the way they have each blessed my life. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. I walk away secure in knowing that if I didn’t have this law firm representing me, the outcome would have been much different than it is. Five stars for my review, but a million from my heart. I love you all.

I have no idea why there are several 1 star ratings. I can only chalk that up to personality conflicts and ridiculous expectations on behalf of the client.Their complaints are not the Charley I know and who represented me. Charley is a common sense attorney who looks for ways to work through legal issues in an expert way and which coincides with State law. He never once left me hanging, was responsive, answered my questions ( even on nights and weekends ) whenever I had them and represented me in my divorce in a professional and non drama manner while negotiating fairly which ended up resulting in an amicable settlement. In regards to Lisa and Michelle, you wont find a team more dedicated to a client then these two. Not once did I have to chase paperwork, make requests for copies of court filings and they kept me abreast as to where my case was and the next step in the process. I like to refer to them as Charley's Angels. They treated me like gold and I always knew they had my back. I know through years of experience working with attorney's that seek drama through shooting flaming arrows at the other side ends up costing clients money and time. Charley is all about reaching your goals in your case with a common sense approach with little to no drama which minimizes worthless and costly court appearances. I would use Charley again to represent me as I have faith, respect and trust in his abilities as an attorney and individual.

Another disappointed customer. If you’re looking for someone who is interested in aggressively representing your interests l, you should trust your money with somebody else. Believe it or not he represented me in the same case for over two years and never completed the job and eventually quit on me. He does not have the ability to represent anybody During a trial in court. He is a spineless kind of lawyer. I gave him overwhelming evidence that I was innocent and he still messed it up. I feel like he responded to my exes requests, repeatedly telling me she is crazy and anytime I suggested anything he basically ignored me. No divorce should cost over 20000 dollars, especially when children aren’t involved. He is perfectly happy to continue to accept payments, go to court over and over, but gives no results. He should retire from his profession his heart is definitely not in it. I would never recommend him to anybody Hello. I plan on living in this area for the rest of my life. I’m sure he’ll come up in conversation negatively. I work for one of the largest in citrus county with over 1000 employees. I have no Reserves in being a negative Critic.
