Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and responsive. Charles and his staff were great. The work and effort they all put in was more than expected. The fact that they will be sending you information, or responding to messages at 2 am is incredible. I never had a problem once with getting the information i needed, or getting in contact with them. I could not have been more pleased and would highly recommend them for any family law needs. You will not be disappointed.

My case is still not over, but thus far, Mr Vaughn has made me feel safe from an abusive marriage, his calm demeanor is so helpful. He's straight forward and tells it like it is... straight facts without fluff and theatrics. He's been attentive and communication has been excellent. I have every faith Mr Vaughn is putting the best efforts possible into my case and I'd hire him again if I needed him.

Mr. Vaughn was extremely responsive, communicated with me personally, and was very cost effective. He didn't try to drive up costs, stayed on budget, and delivered the results he said he would. I have used him in the past with the same results. I strongly recommend you give him a try.

I can't believe there are so many 5 stars. Charlie didn't do anything to help me. He allowed my ex to harass me and continue to harass me. He filed all kinds of contempt motions against him, but nothing was ever done. Lots of money for nothing. I wished I could tell all my story.

Like a wizard but twice as cool

There should be a -5. Charles Vaughn stole my money (theft by deception.) He kept ALL my money and would not answer my calls or emails. When I finally got a response, he said he no longer practiced and I owed him $800. I NEVER got one day in court, even though I paid extra for an emergency court hearing. He knew I lived 12 hours away and couldn't do anything. The worse thing is that my 6 year old granddaughter had to pay the consequences for his actions. I have never written a negative review before, but this thing should not be practicing anything. If you use him, get every detail in writing. And good luck.

I highly recommend Mr. Vaughn and his staff. We live out of state so our whole case was handled remotely. Charles was very upfront with his advice and very assuring of what the outcome would be. Michelle was amazing to work with and after a few bumps in the road (beyond their control), our custody case was finalized and our family reunited. Unprofessional! He sells you a good story with zero action! He doesn't care about your case after he gets his money! He's a liar!
