Does not follow through with what he says he will do. His staff is rude and unprofessional. He provides no accountability of funds used. Be careful if you decide to hire him. His staff claims his fees are nonrefundable and they won't provide an invoice of the services rendered. Why would any service claim their fees are nonrefundable, unless they plan to do subpar work? There is no reason it should take over two months to file the paperwork to even start divorce proceedings. I wouldn't recommend his office.

My review is pretty similar to Cody Ebberts review. This attorney is very lazy, he will be great for opposing council! When I fired Mr Vaughn for telling me I should let my ex wife take custody after they have been with me for 6 years, I decided to hire a new attorney I found on Avvo, on Avvo You will see Mr Vaughn has been reprimanded 2 times by the Florida Bar. He is more of a middle man just forewarding your emails to opposing council. When I hired an Orlando attorney he told me I should never have agreed to a modification (as Mr Vaughn claimed I would lose if we went to trial over it). Also said he reviewed the new child support worksheet that I now have to pay 400 a month on with 65% custody, I specifically asked him to check, he claims it was correct only to find out I was put down making 20k more a year than I actually make. You will never get a straight answer from him on any legal questions, as my new attorney cites Florida Statutes and sends previous Florida cases I could review that shows he knows what he is talking about. I’m not sure how he has any good reviews, he is not who u want to put your hard earned money, stress, and trust into, he will do nothing to actually fight for you and your children.

I highly recommend Mr. Vaughn for legal representation! Other lawyers wouldn't take our case. We were actually told we would be "throwing our money out". Mr. Vaughn was able to get community control reinstated when others thought it was a lost cause. Thank you Mr. Vaughn!

Wish Google would let you put 0 stars. Paid 2500$ for the opposing parties lawyer to do all the work. Every question we had was answered with "because the judge will say so". He told us we would get screwed by other lawyer without a lawyer. LOL! He did NOTHING but write an answer. Was on his phone threw whole meeting we had. Wish we paid the extra for a better lawyer. Useless. Better off representing yourself.
