Bridgette domingos doesn't communicate with her clients very well cause she too busy. Do not recommend!

I’m an active duty soldier stationed in Hawaii, and needed an attorney in Florida to represent me in a custody hearing. Mr. Emerson was totally honest with me from the beginning. Cody did his absolute best to expedite the case and keep his fees low. He’s a tactical and technical expert. Highly recommend. He’s very personable and professional. Worth every dollar. I was awarded majority timesharing.

***Res ispsa loquitur*** Pinellas county clerk of court 18-006914-CI I implore whoever reads this to not use emerson & valentine firm for representation. This firm along with cody emerson have represented clients that have been allowed to neglect and exploited my wife a permanently disabled person of her home since 2005. This attorney has aidded and abetted his clients who stolen her home in 2014. In 2018 cody initiated demurred petition for partition without a "partition" against her that has left her homeless up to this day. Now cody has also allowed them to squat on the stolen home indefinitely by strategically keeling Ruby homeless and out of the Courts and making any reasonable reply. He also filed a motion default order to keep her from regaining her property; making no sincere attempt to contact the other party knowing that she is "pro se". Cody is abusing the court process as an attorney in the Pinellas county and the public should be aware of his actions. Thank you

My case was in regards a divorce with a minor child and my experience with law firm was great they responded in a timely manner and help me a lot. Thank you to everyone in the firm that help and guide me through the right path in these hard decision making moments..

I called Mrs.Wheeler because another lawyer referred me to her and gave her high recommendations, but I called 5 times and left voicemails saying it was urgent and it took her a few hours to call me back. Once she did she was incredibly rude to me saying she had only 10mins for me to explain to her what services I was in need off and she cut me off many times wouldn't let me explain my situation and in the end she told me that she couldn't help me at all because she had more urgent cases to deal with and basically hung up the phone on me. I felt extremely disrespected and made me feel like my case and I were not worth her time. I would personally not recommend her to anyone I know because as a lawyer I felt she was extremely unprofessional and you do not nake prospective clients feel like that or treat them as she did me. I was so shocked.

Absolutely the best worst attorneys. If u need something done, u need to do it urself. Fiancé has been waiting 6 years to divorce and still nothing done. Myself got caught in a pickle while going through my child custody (different case then previously talked about) and still nothing done. They want money but drink it away at Apple Bees.0

I am very disappointed in this law firm. They were great at first but after I paid retainer fee their responsiveness dropped off. I’ve been waiting for a call back for 2 months and they are representing me through my divorce. Don’t know what’s going on but I have left several messages.

If you read enough reviews related to this type of matter, you will inevitably see those that depict lawyers of just wanting to bill and drag things out. This is no such firm, and while I will not disclose any costs, I will say they were absolutely reasonable. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of facing divorce, I highly recommend that Emerson & Valentine be at the top of the list of attorneys you consult with.
