Low and Behold We put it in the hands of Cohen Law Group (William Tuttle) and they worked their magic and we got a great Christmas gift of a new roof. I was referred to Cohen Law Group for help with a storm damage claim. This was the first property damage claim I had made, and I was very frustrated dealing directly with my insurance company. The insurance company originally denied my claim completely. I was ready to throw in the towel when Giovanni Diez stepped in and helped me navigate through the long and stressful back and forth process of fighting their decision to deny coverage. Ultimately he came through in a big way and delivered a very successful outcome on the case. I was very happy. Gio is very transparent, fair, and I sincerely believe he works hard for his clients. OK, Nicole Speer with Cohen Law Group has been so diligent in helping my wife and I in dealing with an insurance company with a roof claim, that the 5 months it took to get the final check seemed to fly by. It's a long story, but the bottom line is that the insurance company was only willing to pay the actual cash value of an 18 year old roof when I had a replacement cost value policy. Sorry it came to this, but she had to strong arm them to see the light. They finally did and today my new roof is finally being installed. Thank You Nicole!!! Cohen Law Group is lucky to have her, and as a side note, when we first started working with Nicole, I was never more amazed that a person could juggle so many puzzle pieces at a time, WOW, and I know that we weren't the only ones she was helping.
