Mindy McClester and her team are absolutely top notch. We were referred to the Cohen Law Group when we discovered that Hurricane Ian had left our roof with significant damage that resulted in slow leaks and interior damage months after the storm. Mindy, Tamara, Paul, and everyone we dealt with were prompt and professional and reassuring in every communication. Ultimately, our insurance company approved our claim and exercised the right to repair clause in our policy, so there was no need to file a suit against them. However, we were so thankful to have Mindy and her team in our corner throughout the process and its resolution. We know that we would have been in excellent hands had we needed to pursue further legal action regarding our claim. After Hurricane Ian my wife and I were very upset and frustrated with our Insurance Company. They were very unresponsive and impossible to reach.
