Worked with Cierra Roscoe, Legal Assistant and Michael Melli, Esq. on getting my home owners insurance to pay for roof damage. Both are fantanstic and finally had the insurance company pay the amount to replace the roof. It actually took 1 year and 5 months because the insurance company kept having issues. Michael and Cierra were both hands on and proactive to keep up the pressure. Very satisfied with both Michael and Cierra, highly disapointed with the Insurance company.
