We started our bankruptcy journey last year in December 2023. At our consultation Mr. Cohen thoroughly explained the process, what our next steps would be and assured us all would be fine. It was my first time doing a bankruptcy, and not the route I truly wanted to do but I knew it was the best. They are a very busy law firm but everyone is extremely nice and warming! I have to say the paralegal Elein is absolutely WONDERFUL!!!!! Coming from criminal background and being a legal assistant, I understand the workload. She took her time, she made sure that we were comfortable with every step, that everything was fully accurate, no mistakes. She even worked late, like 11:00pm!!!! I have to say I take my hat off to you from one paralegal to another!!! Truly SHE IS AMAZING, someone Mr. Cohen needs to keep around for a long time. lol! We are grateful we had Elein as our paralegal to our case. If I ever had to go through this again, which I hope not to!
