I contacted Cohen Law due to my homeowners insurance company not wanting to do the right thing and their job when my roof was damaged from a storm. The Insurance company had 2 different people come and my own personal inspector, and they all said that my roof needed to be replaced. The Insurance company didn't like that answer so they were refusing to show me paperwork and gave a low ball response. When I contacted Cohen law to help me, I was lucky enough to have Mike Simpson assigned to my case. Mike is down to earth like a normal person. It was always like casually talking to a friend. Mike was a fighting bulldog when it came to the insurance company. He constantly kept me informed via, email, text, or phone call. He was always available when I had questions. Patrick Cassady with Cohen Law is a good Attorney to have on your side. I've never had to file an insurance claim (of ANY kind) and I've put a lot of money into them over the years. The first time I actually needed to file for my roof, I was partially denied (the large part) and I felt powerless through no fault of my own and I regret buying my first house. It turns out that insurance *companies* play a game that you can lose by default unless you actually push back with people that know the rules better than they do.
