I have to start by saying that Richard is an amazing human being that cares about you and treats you as family. In my particular case, was my first time going thru something like this and I had a lot of questions, Richard took the time to educate me in how the case will be resolve and the entire process. He is very professional and knowledgeable. The case was dismissed as he promised.
