When I first had the opportunity to speak with Attorney Richard L Cooper I immediately knew he was the right man for my case. He’s a very remarkable attorney. If I had to choose a lawyer for anyone I’d choose him for representation anytime. Not only is very attentive, he gives you peace and reassurance as a client.
