I recommend Richard 100%. He did not come to play when it came to my case. He was always responsive and did exactly what he said he would do. My felony case was dismissed thanks to him. You will not regret it and he works with you when it comes to payment plans if needed.

I first came to Richard in May of 2020 in regards to a case and from the very first day he did not disappoint. He was always responsive and helpful. I gave him a big task as my previous lawyer did not do what he said he would do. He took on the case without any problem. He bought me home faster than anyone and was able to get me house arrest in the meantime, which my previous lawyer could not/ did not do. I will always return to Richard for any criminal case that I might have. He was able to get my case dismissed!

Best Criminal Lawyer in Miami. Even though he mostly handles bigger federal issues a traffic ticket was no sweat for him. Cooper has helped me for years and will forever be my attorney. Richard is amazing. He has managed to pull off a few miracles for me. He is absolutely the best defense council. He fights for you like he is family because he quickly becomes family. He is professional and has compassion and will fight like a bull dog when its time. He is the moke tyson of the legal world and constantly gets knock outs for his clients.
