There are those who settle and take your money for a quick profit and whatever deal they are given, then there are those like Mr. Faett, he doesn’t settle and goes for the best possible outcome, I put my full trust into him and am very glad I did, got my charges dismissed and every step of the way was honest with me, he knows what he is doing and a upon my calendar hearing it gave me a much better perspective, the deals he got, and outcomes thoroughly surpassed everyone else’s in the courtroom, I am extremely impressed with his consistent results not with just myself, if I know anyone who gets in trouble they will be referred to him, there is no substitute for a lawyer that leaves such a imprint of when the prosecutor reads the defense attorneys name, they have to change how they want to approach due to knowing he isn’t going to be a push over and get the best outcome in favor of his client. Thank you Mr. Faett for a phenomenal outcome and justifying my trust being put into you.

I hired the Faett firm to help me with an issue where I was wrongly accused of being the aggressor when in fact I was the victim. Josh met with the state attorney multiple times and was eventually able to get the state to drop my charges. I really appreciate all of the Faett firms hard work.

Worst lawyer ever

Josh has been my attorney for over 20yrs. Very knowledgeable and a straight shooter. I've always listened to his advice which has kept me out of trouble. I recommend him to all may family and friends.

Josh is an awful attorney. Hiring him as my defense turned out to be my downfall (at the time). It’s fascinating to read his unprofessional responses to people who put food on his table… If anything, that should highlight his character. If you hire him for your defense please beware, you won’t get what you paid for! You’d be better off paying the prosecutor to convict you on all charges. Luckily for me , the arresting officer on my case was fired and publicly shamed. Karma. Hopefully Josh’s professionalism and integrity pay him forward … And if his response doesn’t raise a flag to clients, not sure what else would. I was never charged with a DUI, there was no one involved in the accident , it happened across the street from my house . This pathetic excuse for a human couldn’t even help with a basic case , very judgmental for this kind of work . I was forced into a deal by him the morning of my hearing because he didn’t do his job

Joshua Faette really worked hard for me on my both of my cases. He worked diligently on them and fought hard for the best outcome for me. He was very understanding and always got back to me threw all my phone calls of worry. I highly recommend!

Horrible lawyer! The fact that I paid $8000 to literally talk one time is insanity. During that meeting he told me to write a summary about myself which I doubt he read at all. Then all of the contact was on my part. I was calling and emailing and Jackie that worked the front would say there was no change. Then he asked me to come in right before we were supposed to go to court. He tells me that the prosecutor is giving me 3 years! I immediately freak out because I’m not even a convicted felon nor do I score out to prison. Also that was literally the offer from the prosecutor from beginning. So what is the point of the lawyer? He literally did nothing for me. And then when I got upset about the 3 years he tried to tell me that we discussed it a week before! As if I wouldn’t remember talking about losing 3 years of my life! Josh Faett is not a lawyer that will fight for you. When you pay 8 grand for a lawyer they should do more than meet you once to take your money and then meet you once more to tell you nothing different than if you represented yourself or got a public defender! That is not ok. When he told me that was it and there was nothing else we could do I left and immediately and hired another attorney. Another lawyer that got me probation by the way. So going from 3 years to probation is a serious jump. That was a real slap in my face to know that I could get probation but Mr. Faett was too busy to perform his job duties to do that but another lawyer could. Listen people make sure if you are going to hire a lawyer in this town you do some serious digging before you hire them. Mr. Faett should’ve given me at least half of my money back. I mean one meeting until we are about to go to court! What is that?! I literally have every email I sent to him and Jackie at the front desk. It was 100% me reaching out. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER! HE’S A TOTAL SCAMMER. If I could give negative stars I would. It’s not ok to take that amount of money from someone and do literally nothing.I also see that any review that is left that is negative he leaves a snarky response and then either tries to deny that they were a client or basically calls them an idiot without actually calling them an idiot. That is super professional on your part Mr. Faett😂😂
