When I was charged with a dui I went to josh and I couldn’t be happier. All my charges were dropped I never had to show up to court take time off work or go out of my way at all actually. And that’s huge for someone who lives pay check to pay check and can’t afford to take time off he’s the best there is and will save your ass every time. Highly recommended

From my own experience I can say without a doubt I will hire and refer Mr. Faett if the need arises. I had three misdemeanor charges against me and he was able to get the district attorney to drop all of them. If you are considering hiring Mr. Faett to represent you in a legal matter, do it right away. I have every confidence that he will be able to get the result you need.

I was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and a few drug charges. I was facing over 20 years and didn’t know what to do. I heard of a wonderful attorney by the name of Joshua Faett. I gave him a call and to begin with he quoted me a great price to take the case. He was actually cheaper than three previous attorneys I had called prior to calling the Faett Firm. I explained that I didn’t have all the money on hand. He then stated that that would not be a problem. He allowed me to make a deposit and start a payment plan. During this time I was never hassled like bill collectors. Mr. Faett and his excellent team worked diligently on my case the whole time. He was always a phone call away whenever I needed to speak with him or anyone else in the office. Communication was never a problem unlike so many other attorneys. I thought my life was over with but Mr. Faett was able to resolve the case and have all my charges dropped now I am free man able to continue working and supporting my family. I can move forward with so many endeavors and I owe it all to the Faett Firm. I recommend this team to anyone who finds themselves in a situation where their life and liberty is at stake. I approached Mr. Faett in 2017 with a case in which I was innocent. Him and Mr. Van Zandt worked tirelessly for a year and were able to prove to a jury of my peers that I was not guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. I was able to go home with my family that night. The entire staff at the Faett Firm are helpful and knowledgable and just a phone call away. I couldn't be happier with their service. Can not edit my previous comment. The lawyer himself is great at his job. Helps every step of the way explains everything to you. He always wants to make sure you understand or always ask if you have questions. The front desk girl, I was informed she is new and still learning to do things!
