Amazing, worth every penny. Thought I'd ended my life as I know it. Somehow Josh managed to pull a rabbit out of his hate for me. He never gave up, never stopped fighting for me... now I feel as if I owe him everything!

Josh just WON my trial yesterday I was looking at a insane minimal of 75 years His skills are what sets him apart, by far, than any other lawyer in our area He destroyed the state attorneys in trial and made them look like fools Unheard of for a not guilty verdict to come back so fast (especially when the state thought they had an easy case) In the 2 1/2 years I waited to go to trial Josh and Jackie were always on point, both really cared about me (and you can see the sincerity in them) They would get back to me even if they were ever busy, they also went above and beyond on what a lawyer and paralegal should do, calling after hours when needed. My family and I cannot thank you enough from the bottom of our hearts for my freedom!! Today I could be easily sitting in jail never to see freedom again and instead I’m writing you this review!! Josh is by far the best. He really goes to all lengths possible to defend his clients and their rights. I have used him for a myriad of issues both criminal and civil over the past 8 years. He constantly exceeds my expectations and puts my mind at ease during the most trying times in life. If you are in a jam, hire him and trust in his advice! He will achieve the best possible result in your case. He doesn't trade cases, like many lawyers in naples, and he is always ready to go to trial and fight. I had heard about Josh Faett through a very good friend of mine after I had been arrested for a dui in Collier county. I was very nervous about this because I had a career that was centered on driving. When I met Josh, he took all that nervousness away and made me feel like I had a chance. He was very outgoing, had an intelligent and optimistic demeanor. The case strung out over a year and a half due to covid and shutdowns, but Josh and his team continued to make contact with me and tell me the logistics of our defense. Josh put together a motion to suppress the evidence in the case. I’ve had legal trouble before and had hired “good attorneys” but they didn’t work half as hard as Josh and his team did. If you’ve been wronged by the sheriffs office or just made a mistake, give josh a call, you won’t regret it.

I had josh on a DUI case he advised me that if i took the probation i would be able to get out of jail and be able to move because my family was relocating we asked josh if we should wait or if they could just move he advised that it was no problem they should go on ahead and when I got out I could just report to probation and tell them I was leaving when I got to probation they advised me that I was going nowhere and that my lawyer was not correct I ended up being homeless no job and on intensive probation for a year he assured my family that it was going to be no issue it was a huge issue just felt other people thinking of using him should know!!! In response to what mr. faett said that's what he said ten years ago!!!!! You have been warned

Josh has been a blessing to our family, to put it mildly. He guided and reassured us during my son's ordeal, during which time I was an emotional wreck. I wouldn't wish what happened to our family on anyone. As a mom, when your son is accused (especially for something he didn't do), despair quickly sets in. He and Jackie were professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, effective legal representation during an extremely trying ordeal. He was able to win my son's case, save his career and clear our good name. He is intelligent, no-nonsense and effective. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking expert legal representation.
