Mr.Faett was very comprehensive . he helped me resolve my case and we came out Winning . I can't thank him enough.

I was charged with a DUI 1st Offense in Collier County, FL. Mr. Faett explained in great detail the whole process from start to finish what I needed to know about this charge. As my defense attorney he explained in detail, step by step what had to be done, and how to fight my case and dispute the evidence against me. I find him to be a very thorough and proficient attorney and would have every reason to refer him to anyone I know for legal council. His paralegal Jacquelyn has been extremely helpful in keeping me informed and putting through paperwork on my behalf to keep my driving privileges, necessary for my employment. After the evidence against me was revealed, Joshua promised me that we would the best deal possible under the circumstances. He also assured me he has no problem taking the case to trial. I ended up settling with the plea bargain and recieved the bare minimums required by the conviction of DUI 1st Offense, which Joshua Faett had promised from the beginning. A couple year back I got arrested on a drug charge and I remember sitting there and think that my life was over. I was going to get kicked out of school, lose any chance of getting any financial aid in the future if I ever tired to go back. Then I meet with Josh and he basically told me I was overreacting and that he would do all he could do to make sure that, that didn't happen. After a couple month he came back with a verdict and it was hands down the best thing that could of happen and he proved to me that I was overreacting.

He isn't a miracle worker (although it seems he comes close) and you can be absolutely sure that he will provide you with the absolute best legal defense, advice and help getting through your legal trouble.
