Sam Saad is an excellent real estate attorney! He has been so helpful with several of my real estate clients, if they ever have a question, he is there to answer it and moves the transaction along. I would recommend The Law Office of Sam Saad without hesitation.

Called in a week ago and spoke to Paralegal Nicole about legal advice on post-hurricane Landlord neglect etc. After providing thorough information on difficult 2 post months faced after Hurricane Ian with Landlord neglect and providing sensitive documents and proof, Nicole set up a Phone consultation for today (1 week of waiting). The Consultation was set up with Gary L Green who did not call nor email or advise me that he had no intentions of reaching out and informing me of not being interested in speaking with me. After calling the Firm and leaving Nicole a voicemail, I got an email response back from her that read : “ He advised me to let you know that this is something he does not have time to handle with his current caseload.” How unprofessional and insensitive of an email this was after all the patience and optimism I had with this Law Firm. I hope this review helps others avoid being mistreated by unprofessionalism that this Law Firm provides.

We have had two terrific experiences with Sam Saad and Gary Green and highly recommend both of them. We chose Sam Saad and Paradise Coast title to represent us in the sale of our condo. Sam always answered our questions in a very timely manner. It gave us peace of mind, which we all know how stressful a real estate transaction can be. I highly recommend Sam and Paradise Coast Title for your real estate transactions for that extra level of protection in having an attorney represent you in the transaction as opposed to hiring solely a title company. I should also add that we had no prior experience with Sam, but chose him because we have known his associate Gary Green personally for 14 years. We know Gary to be a man of integrity, and when dealing with him in a professional capacity we have found him to be extremely responsive and effective. I had been working almost a month on my own unsuccessfully trying to secure some documents. I reached out to Gary to help me, and less than 24 hours later I started receiving the documents I needed and in less than a week I had everything I requested in hand. Great experience all around and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending their offices!

The worst experience. My mortgage company has never dealt with such incompetent people. My closing was postponed 3 times because of their lack of organization. Would NEVER recommend him.
