In 2010,I was going through the real estate nightmare like so many others
Feeling so overwhelmed by my situation, I got my first lawyer. He didn't want to hear my story.Another nightmare ,he was. And rude.
I was later , referred to Sam Saad. He was actually a nice guy! He handled my case beautifully, and I highly recommend him.

I have Had Mr. Saad represent me on several issues over the past 2 years. I would strongly refer him to anyone with real estate related issues in Florida. I have also hired Mr. Saad to represent me regarding corporate issues in multiple states and everything was resolved quickly and to our utmost satisfaction. Mr. Saad was very informative and responsive to my issues. Both he and his staff were very helpful to me in the setting up of a new local company offering very good advice to avoid some of the problems I may have encountered without his help. It never took more than one day for him to respond to me with answers for the questions I had.
