I was referred to Yvette Trelles by a neighbor after I was in a car accident that caused damage to my vehicle, as well as moderate bodily injuries. The person at fault did not have coverage so all of the medical payments and repairs to my vehicle had to come from my own insurance, unfortunately. Yvette came to my home to discuss my legal case because I was not in any physical condition to drive. I was always treated with the utmost respect and kindness. They (Yvette and Margaret) made me feel like I was their only case at the time. I was given personal attention and they were always there to provide answers to my questions and support whenever I needed it. After a battle with my insurance company, Yvette got me the max that I was eligible for to pay for my vehicle damage, and also for past and future medical bills. Working with the TRELLES & BICHLER law firm was a great experience. Margaret and her staff were able to help me through this difficult time after a car accident that lead to me having back surgery. She was patient with all the questions that I had (and I had a LOT) and was kind and respectful through the entire process. She actually got on the phone and spoke with me and my husband, there was no back and forth with assistants and emails only (although when I needed something from her staff, they were amazing). Someone ALWAYS answers the phone, no having to go through a litany of phone prompts. She fought for me with the both insurance companies to get a fair settlement. I do not have words to express my Gratitude for these 2 attorneys. I consider them friends and part of my tools as a mom. I have had 2 major accidents where I was severely injured to the point of being in a wheelchair, walker and learning to walk again. They have collected for me over 1 million dollars in hospital expenses negotiated their payments and I received close to 400k. This is not the reason I have recommended every person I know to them but because my 1st accident with Yvette she advised me not to involve my children.
