I know that as far divorces go, most people are going to stay that they had it bad. Although I cannot speak for other people, I can speak for myself and I can tell you that my divorce was not easy at all. While I felt that the world I was standing on was being swept from underneath me, I never felt alone thanks to the entire team over at the Law Office of Kenneth Gallagher. They helped me in my most vulnerable moment and I can never fully repay them for that. They went way far and beyond the call of duty for me and I am certain they will do it for anybody else. Thanks to them I can safely say that my life was not completely ruined and I am looking forward to the rest of my life.

My personal experience with Mr. James J. Gigliotti was one that completely put me at ease. From our first meeting I felt I was in good hands. He took my case(s) on with urgency and a passion that came from his 17 years of practice in criminal law. Not only did Mr. Gigliotti show urgency regarding my cases, but he's also taken on cases of acquaintances of mine that were in need of legal counsel. I am blessed to be fortunate enough to be able to call upon Mr. Gigliotti, not only for representation, but also for advice and mentorship. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!!

I can’t begin to tell you how pleased I am with the outcome of my divorce after hiring Mr. Gallagher. Communication between me and the staff was always friendly, never once did I have any concerns. Will definitely use Mr.Gallagher in the future for any other issues.

Worst Lawyer you can hire in Orlando, he should close the practice, doesnt deserve a star, my experience with the legal presentation were horrid. Stay away! Don't let the fake reviews posted by his employees and friends fool you, just a reminder

Here is where I get the chance to publicly talke about My experience.. WOW.. Hardest part of this..... I guess it starts with me. I had to realize in my mind, and come to my own understanding. That our court system if it be civil, criminal, or family are all different. And no matter what I want in my hart and with my feelings. They are not the same as what any lawyer or judge can grant. Our court system is very complex and beyond anything I have ever chosen to learn. No matter how smart a person is you can't do this without a lawyer. From 1st hand experience never try I learned the HARD WAY.. 2ND this is NOT a FAST system. It is slow and takes time. Not just lawyer time but court time.. Courts are backed up and there is no lets go to court tomorrow. Its all on someone else's schedule. Your wants and needs are important and your attorney knows this. But the court system is a snails pace not a race car. And if the other party involved is difficult and non compliant and non agreeable. This makes it slower and longer... These things are NOT your attorneys fault or issue. Never forget that. No matter how much you call or bother your lawyer it can only go so fast.. It's also not a cheap process. With attorneys just like any other service industry you get what you pay for. And that is hard. To pay money and not get instant results.. The rest of our world has become instantaneous reward for service paid.. The court system is NOT Walmart. It's not DISNEY. There is no right now. There is no WOW factor. No instant results. It is slow and calculated. Then rests on rule of law, and a Judge to decide in his own BI PARTISAN training. What is in the law and best results with evidence or proff presented. In my case whats best for my Son. The Law Office of Kenneth Gallagher knows and understands all of this explicitly. And has guided/taken me through this professionally with empathy and patients. They are best I could ask for. My case has been 5yrs for NO fault of my Attorney. I am proud to call Mr. Gallagher MY Attorney. Mr. Gallagher, Wade, and rest of staff are awesome, and work tirelessly when needed. Other times it is just a waiting game. Again a non compliant and non agreeable other party issues makes this a tiresome ling road. At times with nothing happened due to other party, and waiting on court system. The entire staff has worked hard to get us to wear we are. It has taken time and money. And I would do it again with same TEAM. Every penny every minute. Every conversation, if it be Wade backing me off a emotional ledge. Or rash decision that I was contemplating. Or Mr. Gallagher himself seeing him change from the person I meet in the office to the ROCKSTAR he is in a Court Room. If your looking for a Attorney.
