This guy is an absolute joke! Took money and never did what he said he would. Imagine that. Do not waste your money, you will be sorry.

I am very fortunate to have been referred to Mr. Gigliotti. He not only contacted me that evening, at around 10pm, on Christmas Eve, but was also given great advice from him that evening, before I had even retained him. After speaking to him for about 15 minutes, I knew I had the correct person for the job. His knowledge of the Statute involved, the players involved in the case, and his demeanor during this stressful time for me, enabled me to enjoy my holiday as best as I could. He also was able to place me in contact with the Osceola Clerks office, where I was able to find out the specific allegations against me. On their face, I was the worst human to walk the planet since Osama Bin Laden, as the charges were completely fabricated. I will tell you, I was extremely upset in being portrayed in that light, and at being set up for another by another extremely expensive member of the Bar, my Mother’s Senior attorney, as well as my Brothers. James not only advised me not to postpone the proceedings, which was my instinct, but informed me that even if proven, did not prove the charge of Domestic Violence. I was flabbergasted, but when the court proceedings went down, he was proven completely correct. Not only was he 100% correct about the Statute, the complete lack of evidence, and that he would so completely blow the oppositions case out of the building, I was able to take the stand, and in some measure, vindicate myself. I would highly recommend his Law Office, and James personally, and after seeing him in action, can tell you that he was worth every cent I paid him, which was a lot less than I expected, over a holiday, and what my brother paid to set me up, by about 75%. Unbelievably satisfied, because of his expertise, I am able to see my MOTHER!!! God Bless him, from myself and my mother.

Long story short, I was up against a very serious Felony charge, Aggravated Battery with great bodily harm. Had the event occurred a month later, the stand your ground law would have taken effect, and there would have been no charge at all, which tells you something about the justice system. Jim beat the charge in court. I was offered a plea, and was really scared, and wanted to take it, and he told me he thought we could win in court. And then he did. I don't know what more I could say. I was legitimately looking at a very long prison sentence. My life is completely different because of the work Jim did, and I can't thank him enough.

James Gigliottii is an excellent attorney. We hired him to defend our daughter and he did a superb job. He was always available whenever we needed to speak with him. He is also very knowledgeable about criminal law and he is also very kind and compassionate. Mr. Gigliotti was very good at understanding the emotions we were experiencing and helped to calm us down when we were a bit nervous about the situation. He shows genuine concern for his clients and is not practicing law just for money. I would recommend this attorney to anyone who needs representation in a criminal matter. God bless him!

When I had a situation when I needed to hire a lawyer I searched the internet. It was late at night and I got recorded messages that my call would be returned. I needed someone immediately. I called James Gigliotti and he answered his phone ! He listened carefully and took our case. Jim was an excellent lawyer and was able to settle with my ex after a really bad breakup. This kept me from having an injunction on my permanent record. He was calm and didn't mind repeating himself when necessary. I was not very calm about the whole situation but he was great. I highly recommend him. He is very professional. I was connected to Mr. Gigliotti through my criminal defense lawyer who is very respected and has been in private defense for 30 years and told me he directs all domestic issues to Mr. Gigliotti. I had some personal issues and got an injunction against me and first called my lawyer, and when I spoke to him he informed me he doesn't handle these issues and directed me to Mr. Gigliotti, who I remembered because my lawyer had suggested him previously about five years ago when I was going through some child support issues, and then Mr. Gigliotti was very kind and told me I should just save the money I have and bring it to court and offer that as payment on child support rather than higher him, because that would keep me out of jail. So I was very happy to call him and hire him for my current issue. He was extremely attentive to every question i have. I never had any issue contacting him. He always answered my texts, emails and phone calls even when at lunch. He has become more than my lawyer he has become a trusted confident and friend. I would suggest him to anyone. He has gone above and beyond anything I could ever ask for. He has given me guidance and has done everything in his power to help me get through this personally and professionally. I have no ill feeling to him, and even when our judge made crazy decisions he found ways to get us in front of the judge again and was and is persistent to make sure I was and am satisfied with his work on my case. I have worked with many lawyers in my life unfortunately and James by far was the best and most pleasant I have ever dealt with. He truly seemed concerned about me and not when my payment would get to him. I give you my word on God and my children that he is the best choice.
