We hired the Morey Law Firm and had the pleasure working with Mr. Roberto Vazquez. From the first call to the office we felt that our case was going to get handled with professionalism and empathy. We really appreciated the insight and most of all the room to provide our side to Mr Vazquez so we can get the best defense possible. Will recommend the Morey Law Firm and Mr. Vazquez to anyone that really is looking to heard and get the best defense possible.

These are my opinions call them talk to them and decide for yourself, if they are the right choice in you case. I was unhappy with the experience and result I had with Roberto Vazquez. In the beginning it felt like he would represent me well, in the end I would not hire them again nor would I recommend them to my friends or family. Edited to add payment proof I was a client.

They helped me with guardianship of my brother. They were always there to advise me and gave me the directions for a great outcome. Always willing to answer any questions or concerns that I had.

I was quite pleased with their expertise and efficiency. And patience! I was inexperienced and wasn’t able to comply quickly at all. Then I was remiss in bringing up name change before signing off with Mediator. The firm then re-filed the order and got it done. Thank you.

Gallagher's law Firm is a very warm and down to earth type business. I live in Boca Raton, Fl and needed a case handled in Deland and I found Morey Law. They were a five star diamond of a find! They handled the case quickly, always responded quickly to any questions we had about the case. Vanessa who is an assistant there is very knowledgeable and makes sure she gets all of the right answers if she doesn’t know something. Their pricing is more than fair! I actually feel like I owe them more for all that they did for my family. Mr. Vasquez is a first class lawyer and I would highly recommend this firm.

I would like to thank Attorney Roberto Vasquez for working so diligently to bring our Eviction case to a satisfactory close. My husband and I are landlords and were caught up in the Eviction Moratorium (CDC Declaration issued to us by our tenant). Our tenant was extremely combative, making for a very tense situation for over 8 months with no rent being paid while we struggled to pay the bills the entire time. Our tenant had never worked, so didn't lose a job due to COVID and legally not qualifying for protection under the Moratorium, but she was, none the less, granted it by the courts. Her rent was way more than what she qualified for under the Cares Act. According to the Cares Act stipulations, she did not qualify, as she had never been gainfully employed. Through the process of conducting property inspections, my husband and I discovered that there were some lease violations going on at the property, like family members being moved in who weren't on the lease, as well as tenant not letting us in to the home willingly for either inspection, especially the second inspection.....stopping us at the door. So we changed course to Evict on this basis....violation of the lease instead of pursuing non-payment of rent/COVID. It took a little while, but Attorney Vasquez negotiated with her attorney at the Legal Aid Society to encourage her to vacate the property. We had to forgive the entire rent balance due as a stipulation of her vacating, but I am beyond thankful to have our property back. I can't thank you enough, Attorney Vasquez. You are the best!!! You worked with us, called us, and kept us up to date. You were always honest about what we might be facing, but always encouraging. I have given your name to numerous friends and family for their future legal needs. Thank you many times over. Without you, I don't know where we would be today.
