Very rude contact person. No people skills at all. I did not even complete the phone call because I would rather not file a case with them than to deal with that type of demeanor. I completed a phone interview yesterday and when this person called today. He was very rude and said “well, I’m telling you that I don’t see it in the system, so do you not want us to represent you?” Simple question and you act like your giving me a handout. This employee needs to remember that without people experiencing the worst trauma in their life, he would not get paid. Customer service and compassion goes along way.

I recently needed representation concerning issues which had arisen between myself PRN and the board of medicine. I chose Jonathan Rose to represent me and I could not be happier with the representation he provided. I dislike attorneys in every way! BUT I have to say Jesse and the team at Melton were the best. I brought them a very difficult matter and they were all over it. My biggest complaint with services now is the lack of response or communication. This was not the case with Jesse and his team. I called or emailed and I received answers immediately. They may not always be the answers I wanted to hear (although they were) at least I heard from them. Do not hesitate to at least call them and ask questions as I did initially and they assisted with answers without charging me LOL. ALSO, for the BOSSES Jesse deserves a raise for his effort and due diligence. Thank you MIchelle for recommending him.
